Article 2 – Personal Freedom

(1) Everyone has the right to the free development of their personality, insofar as they do not violate the rights of others or offend against the constitutional order or the moral law.

(2) Everyone has the right to life and to physical integrity. Personal freedom is inviolable. These rights may only be interfered with pursuant to a law.
