Article 15 – Socialization

Land, natural resources, and means of production may, for the purpose of socialization, be transferred into public ownership or into other forms of public economy by a law that determines the nature and extent of compensation. For compensation, Article 14 paragraph (3) sentences 3 and 4 shall apply accordingly.
