Consultation for Asylum Case Preparation
Human rights

Many individuals, during their asylum interview, tend to speak generally about the conditions in their home country or refer to family disputes and neighborhood problems. This often leads to their application being rejected, preventing them from obtaining asylum residency in Germany. But what should be said in an asylum interview, and what points should not be mentioned? In an asylum interview, you must specifically and precisely explain why your life is endangered by the law or the ruling structure in your home country. This is because in any country, social disputes and conflicts are typically handled by the law and internal institutions of that country. However, in some countries, due to laws that are inconsistent with human rights principles, it is the law itself that puts individuals' lives at risk. In such circumstances, one can no longer expect support from the government, and the individual's safety is seriously threatened. It is precisely in these situations that, based on the Geneva Convention, European Union laws, and the German Basic Law, an individual can apply for asylum. In the interview, the Case Officer will focus primarily on hearing your real and specific reasons regarding the danger to your life. If you feel you cannot properly organize your thoughts and reasons for the interview on your own, we have made it possible to prepare you for the asylum interview through one or more private sessions. Due to the high number of requests and limited consultant capacity, the cost for each hour of consultation is set at 10 Euros. This amount will be used to support migrants who are on the path to asylum. For more information, you can contact us via WhatsApp.
